<aside> 🕊️
What I repeatedly allow in will eventually show up as fruit. This week, I am guarding what shapes me so YAH can grow what is faithful in me.

Focus statement:
I cannot keep opening the same gates and expect different fruit.
Main idea:
What I allow in repeatedly will eventually show up in my thoughts, words, habits, emotions, rhythms, and obedience.

Proverbs 4:23
“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.”
Reflection:
My heart is not something to leave unguarded. What I repeatedly watch, hear, speak, meditate on, and make room for will eventually shape what flows out of me. This week, guarding my heart means slowing down enough to notice what has been getting access, repent where needed, and choose rhythms that keep me tender, obedient, and rooted in YAH.
Your rhythm is your gate, and your fruit reveals what has been getting access.
Guarding the gate is not fear. It is stewardship.
YAH calls me to guard my heart because my heart is precious, formative, and fruitful. Whatever gets repeated access begins to disciple me.
🍎 A scroll can disciple.
🍇 A conversation can disciple.
🍊 A playlist can disciple.
🍋 A routine can disciple.
🍒 A fear can disciple.
🍐 A habit can disciple.
So this week, I am not only asking, “What am I doing?”
I am asking, “What am I allowing to shape me?”
| Gate | Reflection Question | Fruit Check |

| Ears | What voices am I receiving? | Is it producing faith, fear, wisdom, or confusion? |
| Mouth | What am I speaking repeatedly? | Is it producing life, complaint, agreement with YAH, or agreement with fear? |
| Mind | What am I meditating on? | Is it producing clarity, obedience, anxiety, or double-mindedness? |
| Schedule | What gets my first and final attention? | Is it producing devotion, rushing, avoidance, or steadiness? |
| Relationships | Who has influence over me? | Is it producing wisdom, compromise, encouragement, or comparison? |
| Environment | What atmosphere am I repeatedly sitting in? | Is it producing shalom, clutter, pressure, or peace? |
