Running Against The Horses & Endurance Of Faith

<aside> 🐎

Main thought: YAHUAH trains His people for endurance before greater pressure comes. If we grow weary while running with footmen, how will we run with horses? Endurance of faith means learning to keep our eyes on Yahusha, reject sin, receive correction, and continue in obedience even when the race becomes harder.

Foundation Scriptures

Jeremiah 12:5 — “If you have run with the footmen, and they have wearied you, then how can you contend with horses?”

Hebrews 12:1-3 — Lay aside every weight and the sin that so easily ensnares. Run with endurance the race set before you, looking unto Yahusha, who endured the stake, despised the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of Elohiym.

Missing Context

1. Do Not Grow Weary In The Smaller Race

Jeremiah 12:5 shows that if smaller tests cause us to faint, greater tests will be harder to stand in.

Teaching: YAHUAH may use daily trials to reveal where we need strengthening. Weariness exposes what needs healing, correction, discipline, or deeper trust.
