Renew My Mind and Strengthen My Spirit in YAHUAH

This page has been reframed away from “raising frequency” and toward YAHUAH’s teaching: walking in the Ruach, renewing the mind, guarding the heart, caring for the body, and living in obedience, gratitude, truth, and shalom.

The goal is not to chase a higher vibration. The goal is to come into alignment with YAHUAH — His Word, His Spirit, His wisdom, His order, and His peace.

1. Seek YAHUAH First

Before trying to fix emotions, habits, thoughts, or energy, seek YAHUAH.

Matthew 6:33 — “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

Prayer

YAHUAH, I seek You first. Teach me to be led by Your truth and not by my emotions, flesh, fear, or confusion. Align my heart with Your will.

2. Meditate on YAH’s Word

Biblical meditation is not emptying the mind or connecting to “inner self.” It is filling the mind with YAHUAH’s Word, repeating His truth, pondering His commandments, and letting Scripture shape the heart.

Psalm 1:2–3 — The blessed person delights in the law of YAHUAH and meditates on it day and night.

Joshua 1:8 — Meditate on YAH’s Word day and night, so that you may observe to do according to all that is written.
