Mercy is YAHUAH’s compassion, covenant kindness, forgiveness, and rescue toward the weak, guilty, needy, repentant, and afflicted. His mercy does not excuse sin. His mercy calls us to return, confess, forsake wickedness, receive cleansing, and become merciful toward others.

- Exodus 34:6-7 — YAHUAH proclaimed His Name as merciful, gracious, longsuffering, abundant in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity, transgression, and sin, yet not clearing the guilty.
- Context: Mercy does not mean YAHUAH ignores sin. He forgives, restores, and shows compassion, while remaining righteous and just.
