Missing Context: The Battle for the Mind
- The mind is a battlefield because thoughts can become agreements, agreements can become strongholds, and strongholds can shape choices.
- Confusion is not the same as conviction. The Ruach Ha’Qodesh brings conviction that leads to repentance, clarity, order, and peace. The enemy brings accusation, fear, panic, shame, fog, and instability.
- YAHUAH may allow confusion as judgment when people reject truth, choose idolatry, or walk in pride. Babel is an example of YAHUAH scattering proud rebellion.
- Satan uses confusion as deception to pull people away from truth, obedience, sound doctrine, and peace.
- The cure is not emptying the mind. The cure is filling the mind with the Word of YAHUAH, submitting thoughts to Messiah, walking in obedience, and receiving the peace of Elohiym.
Mind Control: Biblical Meaning
Biblically, mind control is not only outward manipulation. It is the spiritual attempt to control perception, desire, identity, worship, and decisions through lies.
- Lies control the mind when they are believed as truth.
- Fear controls the mind when it becomes louder than YAHUAH’s Word.
- Idolatry controls the mind when the heart gives worship, trust, or obedience to anything above YAHUAH.
- The world controls the mind through patterns, values, entertainment, pride, lust, and rebellion.
- The flesh controls the mind when carnal desire rules instead of the Ruach.
- YAHUAH renews the mind through truth, repentance, obedience, worship, prayer, and the washing of the Word.
The Spirit of Confusion According to the Bible
1 Corinthians 14:33
"For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints."
This verse establishes that confusion does not come from God. The spirit of confusion is contrary to God's nature, which is characterized by order, peace, and clarity.
