What comes out of a person (within the heart)

Mark 7:20–23 — Yahusha explains that what comes out from within defiles: evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, coveting, wickedness, deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride, foolishness.
Matthew 15:10–11, 17–20 — Parallel teaching: what comes out of the mouth proceeds from the heart; these things defile.
Luke 6:45 — Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks; good treasure brings forth good, and evil treasure brings forth evil.

Defilement is an inside-out issue: the heart’s condition produces words, decisions, and behaviors.
Ask: What repeatedly “comes out” of me under pressure—words, reactions, desires—and what does that reveal that I need to bring to Yahuah in repentance and healing?
