Foundation Scripture

Proverbs 27:18 — “Whoso keepeth the fig tree shall eat the fruit thereof: so he that waiteth on his master shall be honoured.”

Main thought

YAHUAH gives each of us something to tend.

It may be a calling, a household, a ministry, a gift, a responsibility, a season of healing, a business, a child, a relationship, a body, a mind, a field of learning, or a place of service.

The question is not only, “Where is my fruit?”

The deeper question is, “Am I faithfully tending the tree YAHUAH gave me?”

1) The tree represents what YAHUAH entrusted to me

A tree does not appear fully grown overnight. It begins with seed, root, soil, water, sunlight, pruning, time, and patience.

In the same way, the things YAHUAH gives us often begin small.
