• Author: Ezekiel (a priest and prophet)
• Setting: Exile in Babylon (after Jerusalem’s leaders were taken away)
• Main themes: YAHUAH’s holiness, justice, mercy, judgment on sin, personal responsibility, hope and restoration, a renewed heart, and the glory of YAHUAH.

2) How to Study This Book (Simple Plan)

1. Pray before reading.
2. Read the passage twice (once to understand, once to notice details).
3. Mark repeated words (glory, spirit, heart, abominations, watchman, shepherd).
4. Write 2–3 observations, then 1 truth about YAHUAH, then 1 application.
5. End with repentance and thanksgiving where needed.

3) Key Sections (Roadmap)

• Ezekiel 1–3: Call and commission; vision of the glory of YAHUAH; watchman assignment.
• Ezekiel 4–24: Warnings and signs; judgment coming because of rebellion.
• Ezekiel 25–32: Judgments against surrounding nations.
• Ezekiel 33–39: Renewed call; hope, shepherd imagery, restoration, and deliverance.
• Ezekiel 40–48: Vision of a restored worship order and a renewed land; “YAHUAH is there.”
