1. The Foundation: YAHUAH Owns Everything

The teaching on authority must begin with ownership. Authority does not begin with earthly systems, governments, rulers, wealth, silver, gold, land, or human institutions. Authority begins with YAHUAH because everything belongs to Him.

Psalm 24:1 declares that the earth is YAHUAH’s, the fullness of it, the world, and everyone who dwells in it. This means no person, nation, ruler, government, or kingdom exists outside of His ownership.

Deuteronomy 10:14 expands this truth beyond the earth: the heaven, the heaven of heavens, the earth, and all that is in them belong to YAHUAH. There is no realm where His ownership stops.

Haggai 2:8 shows that even the wealth of the earth belongs to Him: “The silver is mine, and the gold is mine.” Earthly economies may assign value, print currency, collect taxes, and create systems of exchange, but the raw substance of all wealth belongs to YAHUAH.
